  • Trip Cancellation: If your trip is canceled and you need a refund, the exchange rate difference will be applicable as described below.

3. Refunds for Trip Cancellations

Exchange Rate Difference: In the event of a trip cancellation, the refund will be processed based on the current buy rate exchange rates applicable at the time of the refund request. The refund amount may be adjusted to reflect any differences in exchange rates since the original transaction.

Refund Process: The refund amount will be calculated by referring to the buy rate exchange rates and will be processed as per the guidelines below.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Include your transaction ID, the date of the transaction, and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for the trip cancellation.
  • Verification: Our team will verify the transaction and determine eligibility for a refund.

5. Processing Time

  • Transaction Errors Before 1 PM: If the error is reported before 1 PM, the refund can be processed on the same day.
  • Transaction Errors After 1 PM: Refunds for errors reported after 1 PM will be processed within 1 working day.
  • Trip Cancellation Refunds: Refunds for trip cancellations will be processed within 1 working day of verifying the request, with the amount adjusted based on the current buy rate exchange rates.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Dispute Resolution

For disputes regarding a transaction, please contact us directly. We will work to resolve the issue fairly and promptly. Any legal disputes arising from transactions or related matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all transactions made after the change.
